Natya Yoga
Natya Yoga, or the spiritual path of Dance, is a combination of mainly Bhakti Yogawith many elements of Hatha Yogaand Raja Yoga.
According to Natya Shastra, it was initially practised by Naradaand Gandharvas, especially by Apsaras. In the medieval times, Natya Yoga was practised by the Hindu temple priests, devadasi's.
The contemporary form of Natya Yoga is sometimes taught in the orthodox schools of Odissiand Bharatanatyam.
