Vietnamese tea refers to chiefly black teatea produced within Vietnam. Vietnamese black teahas a repuation for being cheap and is often used for blending, but this is a misconception as a few good teas exist, mostly of orthodox production. Good quality teas may be tippy and have similar charectaristics to both Keemunand Yunnanteas, without as much smokiness and more sweetness.
