Royal Surgical Colleges
There are four Royal Surgical Colleges in Great Britain and Ireland, each dedicated to excellence in surgery. They train surgeons and set their examinations.
- Royal College of Surgeons of England(chartered1800)
- Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland(chartered 1784)
- Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh(chartered 1505)
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow
