Fibrocartilage callus
A fibrocartilage callus is a temporary formation of fibroblastsand chondroblastswhich forms at the area of a bone fractureas the boneattemps to healitself. The cells eventually dissipate and become dormant, laying in the resulting extracellular matrixthat is the new bone.
