Random hypertension phases
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Random hypertension is a burst of adrenaline that is triggered by a specific event or action. The event or action triggering the hypertension can be virtually anything. It is more common in females than males.
Treatment
To cure hypertension, one first needs to be on a regular sleep pattern. Engaging in physical activities is necessary to alleviate hypertension. Long periods of sitting (television watching, computer usage) can cause the tension to build up until it is triggered by the initial event again.
