Osteopathy may refer to:
Osteopathy: a medical practice, applied by physician or non-physician osteopathic practitioners outside the United States.
Osteopathic medicine: a mainstream medical practice, as applied by licensed osteopathic physicians in the United States.
Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM): a form of manual manipulative therapy practiced by osteopaths and osteopathic physicians.
The vocation of anyone who practices osteopathy or osteopathic medicine.
