Myelokathexis is a congenital disorder that causes severe, chronic leukopenia (a reduction of circulating white blood cells) and neutropenia (a reduction of neutrophil granulocyte white blood cells).
Treatment
Myelokathexis is amongst the diseases treated with bone marrow transplantation and cord blood stem cells.
