Macroorchidism

Macroorchidism means having abnormally large testes commonly attributed with fragile X syndrome, the most common inherited form and second most common genetic cause of mental retardation. Trisomy 21 (Down's Syndrome) is the most common genetic form but is not commonly inherited, only sometimes.
