Intravitreal administration

Intravitreal is a route of administration of a drug, or other substance, in which the substance is delivered via an eye. "Intravitreal" literally means "inside an eye".Usually intravitreal administration of drugs is used to treat various conditions of the eye.The following methods are known.

  • Intravitreal implant
