GUCH

GUCH is an acronym for Grown Ups with Congenital Heart defects. Adults with congenital heart defects is a group of patients which is fast growing in numbers, due to advances in cardiac surgery and intensive care in the 1970s and 80s. In some countries a specialized programme is established.
