ERASM stands for Easy Relaxed Approach with Smooth Movement. It is a technique used in stuttering therapy, and involves four components:# Start easy and relaxed, with a soft voice.
    # Stretch the first vowel. # Raise volume. # Maintain a regular speed of speech.
