Cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita is a rare congenital skin disorder. It is characterized by livedoid vasculitis (also termed livedo reticularis) with pinkish blue, reticular, and patchy skin changes caused by dilated surface blood vessels. Usually treatment is not necessary.
